  1. Incorrect Product Dispatch: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  2. Manufacturing Defect: In the event that you identify a manufacturing defect in the received product.
  3. Damaged Product: If the product arrives in a damaged condition.

To facilitate a safe return, please ensure that you retain the original packaging. For initiating replacements, kindly reach out to us via email at or message us on WhatsApp at +917869130224. We kindly request that you provide clear images of the product displaying the issue.

Please take note of the following important points: We require the original packaging, complete with any foam or cushioning, even if it’s damaged, for the secure return of the product. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. In all the aforementioned cases, we will provide either the same or an alternative product of equal or lesser value.

Cancellation Policy

At Jainchan, we are committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at within 24 hours of placing the order or prior to order fulfillment from our warehouse, whichever comes first. We will be delighted to assist you with the cancellation process.

Replacement Procedure

  1. Our replacement policy is applicable within 2 days from the date of receiving the order and is limited to the following reasons: damaged product and manufacturing defect. The countdown begins from the date of product delivery, as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners. To initiate a return, please contact us at

  2. Please furnish us with two images—one depicting the damaged portion and the other showcasing the entire product—so we can assess the reason for return. Send these images to, where our Quality Assurance team will evaluate their eligibility for return.

  3. We will promptly respond to your Replacement Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request along with the images. Once your replacement request is accepted, we will arrange for the product to be picked up in reverse. Typically, it takes about 2-3 working days to organize a pickup and 4-6 days for the item to reach our warehouse. Once the merchandise arrives at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it, and the replacement process will be initiated.

Important Reminders: The product must be returned with its original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (attached to the packet), invoice, and more. The product should remain unused and in its original condition. You will be required to print two documents to provide to the logistics company representative during pickup.
